PRESENTATION OF KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER IN THE FIELD OF RAIL VEHICLE INSPECTION

May we introduce to you Thorsten Voigt, our new Key Account Manager in the field of railway vehicles testing. He’s the contact for our partners in the railway business, informs you about our expertise and places your requests where they are handled best.

Working with railway vehicles has accompanied Thorsten Voigt since the beginning of this professional career. At Bombardier’s Transportation site in Bautzen, Saxony, he worked as an engineer and constructor and was responsible for type testing and the type certification of trams. Later on, Thorsten Voigt wrote his thesis in the field of control technology. At Fraunhofer Institute for Structural Durability and System Reliability LBF in Darmstadt, he was in charge of servo-hydraulic test stands for structural durability, mainly for the automotive industry. Now, with Thorsten Voigt’s job at IMA Dresden, in a way, he found back to his roots.
