Congrats to the team: New testing machine can be delivered in record time!

After only nine short months we were able to send it on its way to China: The servohydraulic strength testing module – to be used mostly for dynamic fatigue tests on implants – is the next milestone on our way to establish a new testing lab in Shanghai.  Congratulations to the whole team for this exceptional performance! The testing machine unit consists of 6 pieces of 1-axis strength testing machines with a common control and regulation unit. Each testing machine can be controlled independently in two control modes (force and displacement). The application spectrum is mainly in dynamic fatigue tests on implants. In addition the user software has also been further refined: In cooperation with the Applus+ development team and the programmer at IMA Dresden, it was optimized and efficiency for the user was increased.

The complete unit was set up and assembled on our premises. In a validation test, the functionality of the unit was tested and all safety functions were checked.

But even great ideas are no good, if they remain only on paper – and if you don’t have a motivated team to bring the developments and requirements to life. Heartfelt thanks to all the employees who worked many hours on the project, overcame all the hurdles in the development and assembly phase and used their inspiration and experience to create a coherent overall concept.
